The first game for our WBOP Beko team in round 1 of the Beko National League, resulted in a win against Mainland, at the Energy Events Centre in Rotorua.
In yet another unique commercial relationship for netball, Netball Waikato Bay of Plenty has partnered with local venue, Hampton Downs Motorsport Park and Events Centre, to support community netball.
At the conclusion of the Beko trials last night, Zone Selectors (Rebecca Gabel, Amigene Metcalfe, Sonya Noble & Ruth Aitken) named the following group for the 2019 Beko Netball League.

After a highly successful “Magic in the Making” Level 2 Performance Squad day last Sunday in Tokoroa, NWBOP is pleased to announce the 14 players who will participate in an exchange with the Northern Zone Development Squad this Sunday 2nd December in Auckland.
Following on from the successful Netball WBOP Level 1 Performance Squad “Magic in the Making” camp last month, Zone selectors have extended an invitation to the following standout players to join the Level 2 Performance programme on Sunday November 25th in Tokoroa.
In order to continue the development of services to the Centres, the Netball Waikato Bay of Plenty Zone Board has confirmed the membership fees for 2019.
