Netball Waikato Bay of Plenty (WBOP) Zone is entering an exciting new chapter. After a period under the administration of Netball New Zealand (NNZ), the Zone is thriving, financially sustainable, and preparing to return to independent governance in 2026.
Waikato Bay of Plenty Special General Meeting
The Waikato Bay of Plenty Zone motion to seek a Special General Meeting of Netball NZ was passed on Sunday 7 December. As per the Netball New Zealand Constitution, three Zones are required to request a Netball New Zealand Special General Meeting.
