After viewing players from approximately 60 school teams and 25 Representative teams at various Tournaments and events Netball WBOP Pathways are pleased to invite the following players to one of our Magic in the Making Development sessions.
The Ōtorohanga Netball Centre is gearing up for a grand celebration of its 100-year anniversary in 2024. The event will take place on Friday, 18th October, starting at 4:30 PM with fun games, activities, and the unveiling of the honor board.
Rotorua’s Carol Holt is a treasure. She’s felt all the emotions alongside her players in the 35 years she has been courtside. And, she is immensely proud of the many, many players who are now ‘wonderful women with their own beautiful families’.

WBOP began the match with a hiss and a roar getting two early runs of 3 thanks to the tight defensive pressure throughout the court.

After a bye weekend, WBOP had a couple of weeks to continue to build, along with a break to reset. With the team arriving refreshed and having set their goals for the game, they were ready to fight for a win.
